a. Zenix Computers warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1Yrs/ 3Yrs/5Yrs Warranties from the date of purchase depending on the warranty of the product.
b. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
c. Zenix Computers's liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective Product, at our sole discretion.
d. Except for the warranty stated above, the Products are provided "as is" and without any warranties or representations, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
e. Zenix Computers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Products.
